New Joint Venture in the town of Sao Gonçalo

Oak Group is proud to announce the launch of a new project, in which we are working alongside another local investor, Simoes Emprendimientos. This is an existing project that is being taken over from another developer.

This joint venture is in the town of Sao Gonçalo do Amarante, very close to our other projects in Extremoz. The project is for 120 terraced houses which will be built in 3 phases of 40 houses over the next two years.
